Oh mein Gott oh mein Gott *Schnappatmung*
in 6 Wochen ist Chroniken.
Dann sind Archontenprüfungen im Reich der Rosen und überhaupt.
Ich (=Felix) bin so frei und werde für 2022 für die LA-Großcons aus der Orga der Ansprechpartner für Euch sein, natürlich tatkräftig unterstützt von Kolleg:innen aus dem Orga-Team.
Das bedeutet ich reise früher an und später ab als der Rest und schaue, dass es für alle Beteiligten aus unseren Truppen möglichst genug Platz, Biergarnituren, Feuerholz etc. gibt.
Dazu haben wir wie immer eine zu befüllende Online-Excel, in der ihr Euch bitte Gruppenweise eintragt, wie bisher auch, das ist eigentlich selbsterklärend. Wie immer bitte Name der Gruppe / Lehen, Anzahl der Teilnehmer:innen, Anzahl und Maße eurer Zelte und Aufenthaltsbereiche, gewünschte Biergarnituren, die Mengen an gewünschtem Feuerholz, ob ihr eine eigene Feuerstelle habt und sonstige Wünsche (neben wem ihr unbedingt oder keinesfalls lagern wollt) – dazu eine E-Mail-Adresse und eine Kontakttelefonnummer. Die letzten Infos könnt Ihr mir auch direkt schicken, wegen Datenschutz, dann trage ich mir die händisch ein.
Kosten zu Garnituren und Holz kann ich Euch noch keine sagen, das gebe ich bekannt, sobald ich es weiß, ich denke etwa 2 Wochen vorher. Wir gehen bisher weiterhin von der Grundfläche von 15m² pro Teilnehmer:in aus, wobei das bei Chroniken bisher eigentlich nie Platzprobleme gab.

I (=Felix) will be the contact person for you for 2022 for the LA mayor cons from the Orga, of course actively supported by colleagues from the Orga-Team.
This means that I will arrive earlier and leave later than the rest and make sure that there is enough space, beer sets, firewood etc. for all participants from our troops.
As always, we have an online Excel form to be filled in, in which you can enter your names in groups, as before, which is actually self-explanatory. As always, please enter the name of your group / fiefdom, the number of participants, the number and dimensions of your tents and common areas, the amount of firewood or Biergarnituren you want, whether you have your own fireplace and any other wishes (who you absolutely or definitely do not want to camp next to) - plus an email address and a contact telephone number. You can also send me the last information directly, because of data protection, then I will enter it manually.
I can't tell you the cost of Biergarnituren and wood yet, I'll let you know as soon as I know, I think about 2 weeks beforehand. So far, we are still assuming a floor space of 15m² per participant, although there have never been any space problems with chronicles so far.
