Das Atrium des Klosters/ The atrium of the monastery

Das kreisrunde Atrium befindet sich genau in der Mitte des Klosterhaupthauses. Es ist nicht überdacht, ein überwölbter Gang mit eingebauten Bänken wurde darum herum angelegt. Die wichtigsten Räume des Klosters sind von hier aus erreichbar.

In der Mitte des Atriums wurde ein kleiner Garten mit Heilpflanzen angelegt, die auch mit weniger Licht zurechtkommen und einen angenehmen Geruch im Atrium und dem umgebenden Gang ausbreiten.

Je nach Tageszeit sieht man die Mönche in dem Gang um das Atrium herum wandeln.
